The project is a demonstration planned by the government to the whole city of Daqing in Heilongjiang. It was constructed for tenth factory of Daqing oil field, consists of 2100 lamps. The project contains more than 1300 new-style LED lamps that all installed a LED power supply with an inner PLC Mudule of Huazhi Tech. Working with Light collecting instrument, it was an intelligent dimming mode. According to tunnel brightness, it can provide safety for driving to make tunnel entrance and export illumination as close as possible to the tunnel brightness and changing in a smooth transiton.

It also can inspect current and voltage, read ammeter in long-distance, give an alarm when lamps were not working, missing, or the current and voltage was unusual, and provide scientific management.
